Step into Storytelling  – Beginners’ Workshops

Graham uses a group approach to story workshops allowing participants to develop their own language to tell the tale in a secure environment. He uses a range of drama and visual approaches that can be adapted to all ages.

Moving On

Following on from beginners’ workshops Graham leads sessions tailored to the needs of the group in story-making, storytelling and performance skills.

Peak Performance Storytelling School

This regular monthly training session raises the capacity of  performance for storytellers. This is not a closed workshop and storytellers with only a little experience can join but it is intended for regular attendance rather than a series of one-offs.

Peak Performance is taking a break but if you are interested please make contact.

Storytellers Studio

The term “Storyteller” is very new, though the artform itself is ancient. We call ourselves storytellers now because the circumstances in which we tell and the relationship we develop with our audiences is a new construction, as the tellers of traditional stories have created new circumstances in which to tell.

Based in Birmingham the weekly Storytellers Studio is a unique storytelling programme for new and emerging storytellers. It uses a wide range of different performance arts activities in an upwardly spiralling programme allowing constant development for the individual. It is linked to a range of performance opportunities – as the stories are only validated when told to an audience.
